Education/Experience
This is an either/or requirement. If candidate does not have 5 years of restaurant management experience, they will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Hospitality, Culinary Arts preferred)
- Cumulative GPA of 3.4 or higher + working while enrolled
- OR 3.0 or higher, while working 30+ hours/week or track record of success in athletics (i.e. varsity athletics)
If they DO have 5 years of restaurant management experience, then:
- Strong record of success is needed
- Bachelor’s Degree will NOT be needed
Compensation Package
- Annual starting salaries of $70k for Brassica and $80k for Northstar (+ based on experience)
- Full Medical (Medical Mutual of Ohio), Dental and voluntary Life Insurance.
- Short Term Disability & Parental Leave
- Senior Managers participate in Incentive Compensation Plan, with includes bonuses based on quarterly performance.
- Three weeks of vacation on day one.
- Four week paid sabbatical after three years of work, to replace one week of vacation in calendar year.

- $2,000/year discretionary account for eating in the restaurants outside of work hours
