McNutt Orthodontics is a high-energy, family-friendly, modern orthodontic practice seeking a Treatment Coordinator who brings energy, professionalism, and a results-driven mindset to our office team. This is more than just a sales and administrative role — it’s a chance to help patients envision their best selves and guide them through the start of their orthodontic journey with clarity and trust.

About the Role:

As our Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective patients and play a key role in converting consultations into active treatments. You’ll present treatment plans, explain financial options, and make a lasting impression that reflects our commitment to both clinical excellence and exceptional customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome new patients with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive and trusting first impression.
  • Work with the doctor to document exam findings, generate treatment plan outlines and to generate professional written correspondence.
  • Present orthodontic treatment plans clearly and confidently, helping patients understand their options.
  • Discuss financial arrangements, insurance coverage, and payment plans with accuracy and transparency.
  • Collaborate with the clinical and front office teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Follow up with leads and pending cases to maximize conversion rates and meet office goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of consultations, financial agreements, and patient communications.
  • Support marketing initiatives and community outreach to help grow the practice

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ability to write well.
  • Strong typing / dictation skills.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
  • Strong computer skills; we use a Apple Computers.
  • Ability to generate professional correspondence quickly and accurately.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities.
  • An articulate strong communicator who can educate, empathize, and influence with confidence via the spoken word and the written word.
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Passion for helping people and being part of a practice that transforms lives.
  • Willingness to learn and master digital dental photography and radiology.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Available to work at both Cary and Clayton, NC locations.

Schedule (Alternates between Cary and Clayton, NC locations):

  • Monday – Thursday: 7:15 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary with a structured monthly bonus program.
