>> My name is Debora Charmelus. I'm a Program Manager for Campus Philly, a nonprofit organization in Philadelphia. So every day is different. It depends on what we have going on end of the year. We kind of, we do a lot of work with universities, so we'll kind of run with whatever the universities are doing so we can, one day I can be visiting a university to do a presentation, another day I can be planning an event for students to attend. So we focus on a wide variety of events, they're targeted towards college students primarily. I focus a lot on career events. So we'll create networking events for students so that way they can learn more about various industries and how they can get jobs in those industries. I also do arts events. So we have an open arts program which connects students to tickets to art and cultural venues across Philadelphia. So we sometimes create those things called College Nights where students from 35 universities and colleges can come out and meet other students and get to enjoy the art in Philly. So it's really a wide range of events but, you know mainly it's for college students. So my schedule changes, I usually work 9-5, like the typical work day but you know, sometimes we'll have an event in the nighttime for like an event networking event will have in the nighttime, so I have to accommodate my schedule for that. Sometimes I have to do a presentation on the weekend but usually it's 9-5 and on special occasions I'll work outside of those typical hours.
