>> Christy De [inaudible] Director of Communications for Comcast. So day to day my goal is to make sure all of our front line sales employee's know about all of our products and services and technology, and just so that they're able to talk to our customers about all of the offerings, and I do that through communications and training. So, if you've ever been to a Comcast store it's a sales person that you talk to, frontline, and you talk to them about the services, or if you've ever called up and talked to a Comcast person, I help give them the knowledge so that they can talk about our products and services. We spend a lot of time in research and making sure that we're providing the best learner experience for everybody by sort of depending on the product and how advanced it is, we make sure that we do either classroom training or we do online training, or sometimes we do job aides, depending on how fast we have to get things out to market, and so people educated all different ways, but that's a complex mission. So, being in communications and training, I make sure that I have a direct pipeline from our headquarters in all of the great marketing and products that are coming out, and I kind of funnel all of it and help decide if it's a priority or not. There's so much information our frontline people - our frontline sales people need to know. It's up to me and a team that I work with to decide what order they get it in, and what's the most important, and again, just making sure that our customers understand everything. So, breaking it down.
