>> My name is Tracy Baker and I am an information technology specialist for [inaudible] for Medicare and Medicaid services. I oversee a contract that does maintenance and development of a software system that manages enrollment and payment for Medicare. Well, the project that I have is primarily - like I said - the software system that we manage. So, what happens is that we receive eligibility information from - say, congress will pass a law and we need to operationalize what the requirements of that law is. So, it will come from the - congress to - it would become a law and then we create operational manuals. We will work with our business owners to implement those systems. So, if it says, for example, a person who qualifies for Medicare is 65, whenever someone turns 65 in the system, we can recognize that they automatically are eligible for Medicare, for example, so that's a simple example. But we will operationalize how we pay plans, how people - whether or not, they're eligible to enroll in different plans. And my contract basically makes sure that the system processes all of that correctly.
