>> My name is Micheal Franklin, my title is project engineer at Williams. It's a natural gas company that is headquartered in Tulsa Oklahoma. Right now, as a project engineer, I've been on a construction site for the past 8 months, 6 to 8 months and we're building a large natural gas processing facility. And I am one of the commissioning leads. We go out and we makes sure that all the instrumentation actually works so that you know how hot the process is how fast it's flowing, temperature and things like that. Day to day, for the, I guess, for the past 6 months, I've been reporting to a construction trailer in Moundsville West Virginia and just going out and in the morning we have a meeting to kick off the, kick off the day and talk to technicians and see what they did the previous day see if there's any problems going forward make sure that they can do their job and get out there and make everything work because they're the guys who are actually turning the wrenches. I should be going back in the office. Our operating area is Northern West Virginia, Western PA. I don't have any projects right now lined up, but, so I'll go back to the office until I get another project.
