>> My name's Jeff Weimer. I'm a financial represent with Northwestern Mutual here in Boise, Idaho. On a daily basis, I meet with families, small business owners, young professionals. Really helping them secure a financial legacy and a financial future. So what I try to do is meet with them on an annual basis. Talk with them about that, find what's really important to them and their lives. And try to create a financial product or financial ideal that will help them meet that. A lot of times what that really entails is really getting a baseline understanding of what they have in their core values. What they value as a family, what they need as a business owner. It's a lot of fact finding, a lot of education to them to help them understand what we do and what they can provide. And really just try to educate them on that piece so that they can make good financial decisions that are in their best interest and create that legacy if that's what they desire to do. So a lot of what we're going to do is going to be insurance based risk management type of products. As well as, you know, more wealth accumulation products for investments. And that's not unique to Northwestern by any stretch. What I do is it's very wide open as far as my schedule goes. I, for lack of a better term, I'm self employed. And you really treat it that way. So you drive your own schedule. You work as hard as you want to and you're compensated as much as you meet. But, you know, the challenges of the initial years, it's getting that client base established and growing. And then, you know, I think everybody wants the lifestyle that we have in the later years of our career. The hard part is doing the work that's entailed [inaudible].
