>> My name is Tyshawn Toney, and I am an Enterprise Improvement Advisor at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. So my job is essentially internal consulting. So think Accenture, Huron, companies like that. We are the internal consulting company for the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. So we're looking at everything across the entire enterprise from supply chain optimization to employee engagement, patient satisfaction, surgical throughput. We're also looking at some clinical, you know, patient safety things, such as harm prevention, or infection control, and things of that nature. A busy day for me is essentially just meetings. Meetings, meetings and more meetings. By job is, as a consultant in the hospital, it brings me to a lot of facilitating. So I'm typically-- if I'm not in a meeting, I'm preparing for a meeting. If I'm not preparing for a meeting, I'm preparing someone else for a meeting. So we're more influential in the hospital to the managers, directors and senior leaders around a lot of the strategic initiatives that they're trying to either implement or sell to the organization. We do that through just kind of deploying an improvement science that was developed at the children's hospital.
