>> My name is Dan Dirscherl. And what I do for a living is I'm actually a construction professional. I'm Executive Vice President of Hunter Roberts Construction Group, local, large local General Contractor, Construction Manager. My main role is to basically run the business unit here in Philadelphia, but 1 of the primary responsibilities is securing projects with various clients. And then managing, staffing and managing the projects from start to completion. It's a basic role with profit and loss responsibility, of course. There's different methods that construction projects are awarded. Some are just negotiated directly. Some we compete through an RFP process, or Request for Proposal process where we're evaluated based on past experience on projects with that client or with other clients and then just really our reputation and our staff. While what's interesting, since we have so many construction projects going on while we're trying to secure others and trying to get other ones to fruition, there's no same day. While you're trying to grow the business, secure the business, you're solving problems by the minute with no issues relative to, you know, whether it's a project problem, whether it's a person problem, whether it's a client problem, whether it's a design problem. So the beauty of it is, there's no scripted day. And if you script your day and that's what you expect, then you're definitely in th wrong business. It's exciting, but it's hectic which is what I like. It's controlled chaos. One of the largest projects we're currently working on, is we're doing a 600,000 square foot student residence and dining hall at Drexel University. And we're not working for Drexel. We we're working for a third party, American Campus Communities, who does work throughout the country. They're the largest student housing developer in the country.
