>> My name is Charlie Parker, and I am a Traffic Assistant at Kellogg's Company here in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. So there is a lot of things that go into the job description. I work in an office back in the warehouse portion of the plant where we do a lot of work on computers that has a system that runs for robots that actually are pretty much moving the product throughout the warehouse. I kind of am working two positions right now. A busy day for a Traffic Assistant, I mean, you're-I'm at the desk all day if I'm working in Traffic, and I'm just continually in the computer programs. We have a program called Dialex [assumed spelling], that I'm in mostly, that helps tell the robots which types of food to go grab off the belts, and where to put it. And along with that, I'm also in constant contact with a person called a Jockey, who is outside through a radio, and he is bringing in 18-wheelers, and pulling 18-wheelers full of cereal and, you know, constantly moving in that nature. Then we also have four Loaders, who are loading the cereal into the trucks, and I'm kind of explaining to them which trucks to do and where to go from there. And also just a lot of other little things here and there that I would keep control of.
