>> My name is Robi Ganguly and I am the CEO and co-founder of Apptentive. So we started a little over 4 years and ago and it was actually 3 Pomona graduates, myself, Mike Saffitz, Andrew Wooster. They're both class of 2002. And we started making software that you could put inside of mobile aps to help the people to make mobile apps communicate with their customers. And we're really focused on the idea of building relationships in software. So we sell a lot of stuff in the domain, but what we really saw fundamentally was that people were putting software on their phone so it was with them all the time. But the companies who made the software were actually using it to communicate, so they didn't know anything about their customers. And so from our perspective that was really silly. It seemed like a no brainer that when you have a device that was that personal, you weren't using it to actually know who the people were that were using your software. So that's where the kind of germ of the idea was. And then we started to see relatively quickly after the app store opened up that ratings and reviews in the app store were where consumers went to vent and complain. And they didn't have a place to go other than that and so we found our angle was to say, look this is not the best way to do this. A lot of it is meetings with various members of my team, people who are working on various projects with me checking in and collaborating. Probably a good amount of time on the phone with potential customers or existing costumers or new candidates, time on the email, corresponding with people, again customers, potential customers, our team. And then on a regular basis I'm probably on an airplane traveling to conferences or events.
